In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. Your expertise will support their developmental milestones, promote literacy and numeracy skills, and ensure a safe and stimulating classroom experience. Whether leading lessons or assisting with daily activities, your enthusiasm and professionalism will inspire young learners to explore and grow. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote childhood development, literacy education, math skills, and social-emotional growth. Plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, physical education, and early intervention strategies to meet diverse learner needs. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for all children. Support children's physical and emotional welfare by providing attentive toddler care and implementing child welfare best practices. Maintain accurate records of student progress, conduct assessments, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's development, classroom activities, and upcoming events. Making sure the classroom is clean and tidy. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education standards. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Demonstrated ability to work with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners.
