What We're Looking For in

Our Lead Teacher:

A genuine love for teaching young children (infants to Pre-K) and a creative, enthusiastic approach to early education. Experience leading a classroom and guiding assistant teachers. Warm, patient, and collaborative spirit with a commitment to nurturing each child's unique potential. Bilingual in English & Chinese is a strong plus , but not required; we welcome all passionate candidates. Dedication to building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Must be 18+, able to pass a background check, and hold (or willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR certification.
