Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for children ages 3-5. Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration and discovery. Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's development. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the preschool curriculum and share best practices. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that reflects the children's work and interests. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education. Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting. Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering young minds. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a love for teaching. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in early childhood education. Ability to pass a background check.
