Position Overview We are seeking Teachers (Toddler & Preschool) for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time opportunity (35-40 hours/week) for educators who are: Key Responsibilities Lead a nurturing, engaging classroom environment Design and implement play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum Facilitate indoor and outdoor learning experiences Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Build strong, responsive relationships with families and colleagues Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in team planning Maintain a safe, organized classroom aligned with licensing standards Engage in ongoing reflection and professional growth Qualifications EEC certification required (Massachusetts) or willing to obtain Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Experience in early childhood classrooms preferred Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning Excellent communication and collaboration skills Warm, dependable, and growth-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits $22-$26/hour , based on experience and qualifications Health and dental insurance are partially employer-covered All federal, Jewish, and vacation weeks are paid time off Plus 9 paid days off Paid professional development A one-time pension fund contribution of $1,000 Discounted tuition for staff children (ages 18 months-5 years) A supportive supervisor who is deeply committed to educator development and coaching.
