Experience in curriculum development tailored for early learners with a focus on literacy education, math basics, physical education, and Montessori methods. Proven classroom management skills to foster a respectful and engaging learning environment. Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those needing special education or early intervention support. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and specialists in child welfare and daycare settings. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment. Competence in lesson planning that integrates childcare best practices with innovative teaching techniques such as Montessori or preschool methodologies.
