Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Child Care center experience.
• Clear Criminal Background check.
• 90-hour childcare certification (Lead Teacher)
• Completion of a 9-hour communication certificate(Lead Teacher).
• Reliable transportation.

Preschool Teacher's Assistant:

00 Qualifications for

Aides:

• Previous childcare or teaching experience.
• Passion for working with children.
• Ability to build rapport with children.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 17 years of age.
• Willingness to take continuing education courses mandated by MSDE.

Qualifications for

Teachers:

• Minimum 1 year of previous childcare or teaching experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed or in-progress certifications: 90-hour Preschool Certificate, 9-hour Communication Course, ADA, CPR/1st Aid.
• Additional certifications required for specific roles.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
