To be considered, you must have verifiable experience in high-quality child care settings and genuinely want to serve children. Caring for children requires a kind heart, soft spirit and lots of patience. You must have experience in writing lesson plans, providing supervision and carrying out age-appropriate activities. We're looking for someone who: Understands and embraces our eco-friendly mission Demonstrates strong classroom management, proactive planning and educated on safe sleep and proper hygiene practices Is self-motivated, confident, and able to anticipate the needs of infants and toddlers Contributes to a calm, warm, and inviting environment for children, families, and staff Our center is intimate and peaceful, creating a supportive atmosphere where teachers thrive and children flourish.
