Position Details:

Responsible for the development and implementation of daily plans for the day's activities for the children in care. Provide an exceptional experience for each child in care consistent with our Standards of Care. Establish and maintain positive relationships with the families in care. Oversee the daily implementation of lesson plans and child care needs. Provide guidance to parents regarding concerns regarding childcare and well-being. Ensure that all licensing standards are met and exceeded daily. Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage of positions throughout the day. Assist with other administrative duties as needed or assigned. Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.

Skills:

Proven experience as a childcare provider in a licensed facility. Strong customer service skills; attention to detail and accuracy is key. Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with staff and parents. Staff Scheduling experience preferred.
