Job Description

Our learning center is looking for qualified individuals that have the experience and credentials to be a lead teacher for our infant classroom. High priority will be given to childcare professionals that are reliable, flexible, strong in classroom management, creative and team-oriented.
Requirements for the job include:
High School Diploma or GED CDA or 90 Hour in Infant/Toddler 9 Hour Communication Course Breastfeeding Course Basic Health and Safety Spanish-Language Skills The following are highly valued for this position First Aid and CPR Medicine Administration Other MSDE Approved Trainings In addition to the benefits listed, please know that we offer two weeks of paid vacation, two paid personal leave days and five sick days per year. Any sick days not used are paid back to our staff at the end of the year in the form of a bonus. Teachers at our center can qualify for up to four weeks of paid vacation after a qualifying number of years worked. Teacher performance assessment bonuses paid twice a year. Extra personal leave days are also available upon performance review.
