Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and child welfare will help lay a strong foundation for our students' lifelong learning journey. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and physical education. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques. Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and early intervention strategies. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to develop individualized plans for children requiring special education or additional support. Maintain accurate records of student progress, conduct assessments, and other required programs. Create a safe, inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction. Manage daily childcare routines meal times, and outdoor activities while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills Proven experience in preschool teaching with strong classroom management skills. Expertise in curriculum development across multiple disciplines including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori techniques. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods for young learners. Experience in special education settings or working with children requiring additional support is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, classroom setup, and documentation. Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
