Job Description

Hiring Now! We are seeking professional, engaging, enthusiastic caregivers to provide exceptional childcare services to those ranging in age from infancy to pre-school on a local military base (Fort Meade) on Sunday and Wednesday mornings and Tuesday evenings for a few hours at a time. Must be reliable. Must have no criminal record - no arrests . If you thrive in group environments and are knowledgeable in the age groups served, we welcome you to review the requirements and expectations below: Shifts for this Part-Time Contract position:
Sundays :
10:00am-12:30pm
Tuesdays:
5:00pm-7:00pm
Wednesdays:
8:30am-12:30pm Must present a professional and courteous demeanor toward everyone encountered at all times while at work locations Must be reliable- punctuality and excellent attendance is required Must be committed to providing exceptional care at all times and representing Night Owl Kids Care in a professional manner Must be 18 years or older Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, play on floor Must be able to pass (clean record) a background check (CNACI) completed on post- Hourly rate will increase to $23 upon receiving full clearance and completing all requirements Must be drug-free Must be able to speak English proficiently Must be able to work ecumenically among all faiths and serve within a multi-faith context Must be able to work flexible hours, including some holidays Must agree to comply with all health & safety procedures, protocol, and standards in accordance with Night Owl Kids Care and Army Regulation This is contracted work, less than part-time hours •Staff are not allowed to bring their own children to work under this contract
