Responsibilities Provide attentive care and supervision to children Create and maintain a safe, positive classroom environment Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans Support children's social, emotional, and educational development Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Communicate professionally with parents and staff Follow Maryland licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications & Requirements Required:

Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED 90 Hour Child Care Certification (Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool) Experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or educational setting Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work well in a team environment Strong communication and classroom management skills Must pass required background check and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications:

CPR & First Aid Certification Child Development Associate (CDA), Early Childhood Education coursework, or related experience
