Planning and leading age-appropriate lessons and activities Supervising children throughout the school day Supporting children's social-emotional growth Communicating with families in a professional and caring way Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom Working collaboratively with the Preschool Director and other staff Qualifications include aB.S./B.A.
from an accredited college or university, 90-hour Early Childhood Certification, two years of experience working with preschool-age children, and current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire. Starting pay is $23.00/hour, with additional compensation for further education and/or experience. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a half-hour paid lunch during which the employee must remain on campus. Benefits include ten days of personal leave.
