Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Educator to join our team at Heaven Sent Early Learning Center. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that promotes the growth and development of young children. Your contributions will be vital in shaping their early educational experiences. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for children to explore and learn. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as needed. Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss children's development and address any concerns. Promote positive behavior management techniques to encourage social skills. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all children. Requirements CDA or 90 Hr Preschool Certification Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
