What you'll do Develop and implement innovative curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development and address any concerns. Provide individualized support for students with special educational needs through tailored interventions. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends. Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and well-being. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. At least 1 year experience teaching 3 year-olds

CDA / AA

degree Experience working with children in various capacities, including daycare or preschool settings. Preferred qualifications Background in early childhood education or related field, with experience in curriculum development. Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, and behavior management strategies. Experience with standardized testing and tutoring to support student learning outcomes.
