Infant Teacher-Lead

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress and development
• Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Incorporate various teaching methods and materials to engage students in active learning
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or daycare setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special education or physical education requirements
• Excellent organizational skills to plan and implement daily activities and lesson plans
• CPR and First Aid certification
