Key Responsibilities New / Lead classroom operations for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years Maintain a structured, engaging, and safe learning environment Mentor and support assistant teachers Build strong relationships with families Uphold licensing and quality standards Ideal Candidate Strong background in early childhood education Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude Professional, dependable, and highly organized
Preferred:
New and 2+ years of childcare or teaching experience Experience in a teacher role CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood (preferred but not required) Schedule Monday-Friday Between 7:30 AM
