Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and communicate findings with parents and team members Support the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment Follow licensing regulations and center policies to ensure compliance and safety standards Join our vibrant team dedicated to nurturing the next generation. Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or childcare setting Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ability to lift and carry young children and perform physical activities related to caregiving Bachelor, associate or CDA in early childhood education or related field is preferred.Similar jobs in Ann Arbor, MI
