What We're Looking For Education:
A minimum of a CDA Will accept applicants working on obtaining a CDA or willing to obtain a CDA (Foundations can cover the expense) Teaching experience with preschool-aged children (preferred) Strong classroom management and instructional skills Ability to create effective lesson plans and meet learning outcomes Excellent communication skills and cultural responsiveness Organizational skills for documentation, assessment, and reporting A growth mindset and commitment to high-quality learning A team-focused, positive attitude Why Work With Us?
