Responsibilities:

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Associate's Degree or a completed CDA At least 2 years experience in early childhood education and/or preschool setting Passion for nurturing and educating young children Strong classroom management and communication skills At Primrose School of Bloomfield we believe that who children are is just as important as who they become.
