Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to support the developmental and emotional needs of children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education, childcare, and caregiving, with a genuine passion for fostering growth and learning. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while working within a collaborative team committed to childhood development. Duties Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional security at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills development. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, potty training, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers. Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage good conduct and social interactions among children. Support children with special needs or disabilities by applying appropriate caregiving strategies and working closely with families or specialists. Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety regulations within daycare or classroom settings. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that arise. Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans that support each child's growth trajectory. Experience Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Hands-on experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or nannying roles. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones. Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored to different age groups. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable to ensure immediate response to emergencies. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous. Classroom experience that demonstrates the ability to create engaging educational activities aligned with developmental stages. Pay:
