We are currently seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team and help foster a nurturing and educational experience for our little learners. If you have at least 2 years of experience teaching as a lead teacher in a similar age group and the qualifications needed please apply. Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and clean environment for children and staff Follow all State of Michigan policies and regulations Be familiar with and execute emergency procedures as needed Implement a variety of activities and experiences that align with the curriculum Support children's emotional and social development while building their self-esteem Utilize positive redirection techniques to guide behavior Establish a diverse and inclusive classroom that fosters equality for all children, regardless of gender, race, or developmental needs

Qualifications:

Must have CDA certification or associates or higher in Early Childhood or credits to qualify to be a lead. Strong classroom and curriculum organization skills Experience working with children in a daycare or school setting is required Flexibility to work within the center's operating hours
