Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing/loving and stimulating environment for infants, fostering their development by engaging with them through smiling, playing with, talking to, and cuddling with them . Infants have a strong sense of those around them, and the aura that people emit, they need to feel they are loved and the adults around them are comfortable in their presence. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood development to effectively ensure the safety and well-being of the infants and to engage with them appropriately to enhance their development properly as well as cover all basic and nurturing needs babies have. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development Provide care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting. First aid certification is preferred; knowledge of emergency procedures is essential. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning style Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, and overall childcare practices. Classroom management skills that foster a supportive learning environment.
