Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed classroom Communicate effectively with parents and team members Follow all state licensing and center policies 🎨

Qualifications:

Experience working with preschool-aged children (required) CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred or willing to obtain) Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for working with young children and helping them grow Ability to work Monday-Friday, full-time 💛
