Duties Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, social skills, and early childhood development Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing environment tailored to toddlers' needs Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques Collaborate with families to support each child's unique needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services Oversee classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure safety and comfort Maintain accurate records of children's progress, assessments, and individualized plans in compliance with licensing standards Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to uphold high-quality childcare standards Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Proven experience in toddler care, preschool teaching, or daycare settings with classroom management expertise Strong curriculum development skills across areas such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate standardized testing preparation where appropriate Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored to toddlers' developmental stages Experience with classroom experience in private schools or daycare environments is preferred Knowledge of special education practices and inclusive teaching strategies for children with diverse needs Competence in using educational technology tools for lesson planning and child assessment Join us as a Lead Toddler Teacher to ignite curiosity, foster growth, and build a strong foundation for our youngest learners!
