Toddler Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for Toddler-aged children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Educate children on basic academic concepts while encouraging creativity and exploration. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Provide care for Toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being. Foster relationships with children, parents, and staff to support childhood development. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and safety. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities. Experience CDA or Proven experience in early childhood education. Experience in working with Toddlers. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
