Who You Are A passionate, growth-minded educator who values child-led learning over cookie-cutter curriculum. Comfortable embracing "messy" moments as learning opportunities. A leader who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment. Skilled in teaching social-emotional growth alongside academics. CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education/Child Development (or working toward). Classroom experience and an understanding of play-based, nature-focused learning.
