In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your enthusiasm and caring nature will help foster positive development, encourage curiosity, and promote social-emotional well-being. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional security at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and development in areas such as language, motor skills, and social interaction Support children with daily routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Engage in positive behavior management techniques to guide children's social interactions and resolve conflicts effectively Collaborate with parents and team members to share updates on each child's progress and needs Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Assist with classroom or daycare operations, including lesson planning, record keeping, and activity setup Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly valued Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain these certifications if not already held Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment Passion for early childhood education and a genuine desire to support children's growth and well-being Join us in creating joyful learning experiences for children!
