In this vital role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood development will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge in our little students. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a dynamic educational team. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for toddlers Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management Engage children in activities that support literacy education, early intervention strategies, and foundational math skills Monitor and document each child's progress through observations, assessments, and standardized testing when applicable Collaborate with families to communicate developmental milestones, behavioral concerns, and classroom updates Manage classroom routines including meal times, nap schedules, and outdoor play to ensure safety and well-being Requirements Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in toddler care Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior and engagement Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education for young children Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to child welfare and education standards Join us as a Toddler Teacher and be part of an inspiring environment where your dedication helps shape the future!
