The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and a commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children. As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging educational experiences that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth in young children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring all children feel respected and valued. Provide individualized attention to students, catering to their unique learning needs and styles. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Supervise daily activities, including playtime, meals, and rest periods, ensuring safety at all times. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Keep accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones. Requirements Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Knowledge of best practices in childcare and early education methodologies. Experience working with infants or toddlers is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing attitude with a passion for educating young minds. Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not mandatory at the time of hiring. must change diapers, they are required in this field of work.
