Full‑Time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Lead Teacher to join our Pre‑K classroom. The ideal candidate is a warm, collaborative educator who understands the Montessori philosophy and can create a nurturing, child‑centered learning environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Pre‑K Montessori classroom using authentic Montessori methods and materials Develop and maintain an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment Observe, record, and assess each child's progress Communicate regularly with families to support student growth Collaborate with staff to uphold school culture and Montessori principles Ensure safety, order, and consistency in the classroom Required Qualifications Montessori certification in Pre‑K / Early Childhood (AMS, AMI, MACTE‑accredited, or equivalent) Experience working with children ages 3-6 Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field CPR/First Aid certification Experience in a multi‑age Montessori environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive, mission‑driven school community How to Apply Please submit your resume , cover letter , and Montessori certification through call 248-231-3880/ email to .
