Job Summary Do you love bright smiles, big imaginations, and sharing God's love with little learners? Join our joyful, faith-filled preschool community as a Preschool 4 Teacher! You'll guide curious three-year-olds through hands-on exploration, play-based learning, and biblical foundations that spark wonder, creativity, and spiritual growth. We are looking for an adaptable, hardworking, and kind individual! Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among preschoolers. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies to promote respect and cooperation. Support children's developmental milestones by observing progress and tailoring activities to meet individual needs. Foster communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on children's progress and classroom activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to childcare regulations and maintaining a clean, organized classroom environment. Incorporating bible teachings and creating a faith-filled environment. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Be able to love and care for children even on their tough days. Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings; familiarity with toddler care is a plus. Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment. Ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Proficiency in lesson planning and implementing engaging educational activities tailored to preschoolers' needs. Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for early childhood settings.
