Referral Program Offering $500 Bonuses! Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Lead Teacher in the Toddler classroom at our Washington Township location. In this position, you will have the opportunity to teach lifelong lessons that allow the children to develop confidence and thrive through multi-sensory learning experiences. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with an excellent benefits package and plenty of room for professional growth. Qualifications for our Lead Teachers include: Prior experience as a Lead Teacher in a Childcare Center or Daycare Must have one of the following education requirements: 1) Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or Child Development related; or 2) Valid CDA in Preschool or Infants/Toddlers; or 3) Minimum 12 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or child related field with 960 hours of experience CPR and First Aid Certification, or we will recertify you Basic computer skills to assist with projects and daily logging of child's information Ability to engage in physical activity and lift up to 30lbs. when needed Familiar with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms Meet background check requirements with fingerprint clearance Strong communication and instructional skills Dependable and flexible with a strong work ethic Positive and patient demeanor Excellent multi-tasking ability
