Full Job Description Qualifications and Requirements:
Associate or Bachelors Degree in any field with previous experience in child care or CDA. Passionate about working with children in a Christian environment. Able to relate positively to children, parents and staff. Knowledge of developmental stages, typical behaviors, and expectations of 4 1/2 to 5 year-old children. Ability to meet the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each child. Experience leading a classroom and creating developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Be a team player. Assess students and conduct Parent-Teacher Conference. Submit to various background checks. Complete and pass physical examination, and drug screening. Attend monthly staff meetings. Complete 16 hours of professional development annually. Paid by the preschool.
