Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated GSRP Montessori Lead to inspire and guide young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. As the GSRP Montessori Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of curriculum aligned with Montessori principles, foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape early childhood experiences, promote literacy and numeracy skills, and collaborate with families and staff to create a dynamic learning community. Your energy, expertise, and commitment will help ignite a love of learning in every child. Duties Develop and implement engaging Montessori-based curriculum tailored to preschool-aged children, emphasizing literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills Lead classroom activities that promote childhood development, behavior management, and early intervention strategies Plan and execute lesson plans that incorporate classroom management techniques and support individualized learning needs Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to toddler care, preschool experience, and child welfare Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with state standards, including standardized testing protocols and early childhood education requirements Support children's emotional well-being through effective behavior management and nurturing interactions Communicate regularly with families about children's progress, milestones, and developmental goals Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in accordance with licensing standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field; Montessori certification preferred Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience required Strong knowledge of curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management techniques Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively Demonstrated ability to plan lessons that align with developmental milestones and educational standards Experience working in private schools or daycare environments is a plus Passion for early childhood education with a focus on Montessori methodologies and child welfare Join us in creating an inspiring learning environment where young minds flourish! Pay:
$23.43 - $28.22 per hour
