TODDLER TEACHER

You respond with patience and care, meeting the unique needs of toddlers of all abilities. You're creative and flexible—able to design and adapt lessons to different learning styles and developmental stages. You communicate clearly with parents, colleagues, and community partners. You're organized and tech-savvy—confident in lesson planning, record-keeping, and using digital tools. You embody BI-CAP's core values: collaboration, innovation and compassion for those we serve. Develop and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Plan and lead engaging daily activities aligned with Head Start standards. Observe, assess, and record each child's development. Collaborate daily with a co-teacher, classroom aide, and volunteers to support children and families.

Minimum:

Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA)

Preferred:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with experience teaching young children. Must meet MN DHS Rule 3 licensing requirements and pass a DHS background study. Full-time, 40 hours/week, year round.

Wage Range:

With CDA:

$19.58•$27.41/hour;

With Associate's:

$20.95•$29.32/hour;

With Bachelor's:

$23.98•33.57/hour. Retention Bonuses Available.
