Job description: Small World Learning Center is currently hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher for our Chanhassen childcare center. Lead Toddler Teacher Schedule:

Full-time Pay:

$20-$25 per hour depending on experience What You'll Do Lead a toddler classroom (typically ages 16 months - 33 months) Create a structured, engaging, and age-appropriate learning environment Support toddlers with daily routines including meals, naps, and transitions Encourage language development, social skills, and independence Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Communicate daily with parents about their child's progress Work closely with your co-teacher and center leadership What We're Looking For Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or daycare setting preferred Ability to confidently manage a toddler classroom Knowledge of early childhood development Ability to meet Minnesota DHS teacher requirements CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Reliable, patient, and energetic personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Teachers Love Working at Small World Supportive leadership and experienced management team Well-staffed classrooms (no constant ratio stress) No nights or weekends Consistent schedule Positive, team-focused environment Opportunity for growth within a multi-location childcare organization
