  • Support children as they develop language, social skills, and independence Key Responsibilities As a Toddler Teacher, you will: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for toddlers Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Encourage language development, self-help skills, and positive peer interactions Maintain consistent daily routines including meals, rest time, diapering/toileting, and transitions Observe and respond to each child's individual developmental needs Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through patience, redirection, and encouragement Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom Communicate effectively with families and team members regarding children's daily progress Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Warm, patient, and enthusiastic about working with toddlers Creative and able to make learning fun through play-based activities Dependable and comfortable managing an active classroom environment A team player who enjoys collaborating with others Observant and responsive to children's developmental needs Calm, nurturing, and able to guide toddlers through routines and transitions Qualifications Must meet Teacher Qualified requirements: Relevant coursework, certification, or willingness to obtain required qualifications Background in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Experience working with toddlers preferred, but not required Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, bending, sitting on the floor, standing for extended periods)
