Lead Toddler Teacher

The Cradle Club is a collection of three family-owned-and-operated early learning centers that have provided excellent care and education to children across the Twin Cities since 1986. Through customized, compassionate care and our creative curriculum, our unique approach to foundational education surrounds daily learning with the love and laughter that children need to GROW! We are currently in search of a Lead Toddler Teacher who shares in our vision to join the team at our Maple Grove school! As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you will: Create a classroom atmosphere filled with laughter, learning and LOVE! Utilize your talents to create and carry out customized, theme-based learning activities that fit the needs and interests of the children in your classroom! (Our teachers have the opportunity to create their own curriculum using an abundance of excellent resources and robust knowledge from our teacher training!) Communicate caringly with our incredible families regarding each child's daily growth and learning. Grow your skill set and make a lasting impact on the lives of little ones!

Education/Experience:

Applicants must be MN DHS Rule 3 Lead Teacher qualified. Some college coursework is required. Bachelor's degree or CDA strongly preferred. Experience working with children in a licensed setting or as a student intern strongly preferred. We are happy to assist in determining qualification.

Hours:
