We are currently looking for an energetic, nurturing, and experienced Preschool Co-Teacher to join our Preschool Classroom Team! Position:

We are seeking a Preschool Co-Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and excited to help create a positive, engaging classroom community. Love doing Art? Amazing!! Have a knack for creative energy? Awesome!! Our center is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

This position requires:

Minimum of 30 hours per week Availability between 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday Flexible scheduling options available

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who: Has experience working in a preschool classroom Has experience creating and implementing curriculum and lesson plans Works well collaboratively with another teacher Communicates positively with children, families, and coworkers Is dependable, creative, and team-oriented Loves hands-on learning and helping children grow Requirements Minimum of 1 year of child care center classroom experience Must be Minnesota Rule 3 Teacher Qualified College credits qualifying you as an Assistant Teacher or higher A genuine passion for early childhood education At Learning Tree, we know that working with young children is never boring — it's fast-paced, rewarding, challenging, joyful, and full of moments that matter.
