  • 5:00 PM Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating engaging learning experiences, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in language, literacy, math, and social skills. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques. Provide individualized support for children with diverse needs. Supervise children during activities to ensure safety and engagement. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Collaborate with other staff members to provide a high-quality educational experience. Requirements Applicants must meet ONE of the following: At least 24 college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR Previous experience working with children in a licensed childcare, preschool, or educational setting. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children. Knowledge of child development and behavior management strategies. Experience supporting children with special needs is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
Compensation Starting pay:
