Through our Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum, we blend purposeful play with intentional instruction to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Position Overview We are currently hiring passionate and dedicated Daycare Teachers across multiple age groups, including Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten. Whether you are experienced in a specific age group or open to where you are needed most, we want to hear from you. Our teachers are the heart of our school, and we are committed to supporting your growth every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children in your care Implement Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum activities appropriate to your assigned age group Observe, document, and communicate children's development and progress to families Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked classroom Follow all Minnesota childcare licensing regulations, health guidelines, and school safety procedures Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Collaborate with co-teachers and school leadership to support a positive school culture Qualifications Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred Prior experience working with children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is a plus Ability to meet Minnesota Department of Human Services childcare staff qualifications Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children Strong communication skills with both children and adults Reliable, punctual, and a committed team player CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain upon hire) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and education Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Childcare tuition discount for employees Ongoing training and professional development A positive, supportive team environment where your work truly matters

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
