Role:
As an Infant Teacher, you'll be a baby's first favorite teacher (after Mom and Dad, of course!). Your days will be filled with: Snuggles, songs, and storytime Sensory play, tummy time, and first milestones Diaper duty (yep, it's part of the deal) Communicating with families about their baby's day Creating a warm, safe, and loving environment We're looking for someone who brings joy to the room, keeps things clean and organized, and has a heart full of patience and love for our littlest learners. Great Fit If You:
Genuinely LOVE babies Have experience working with infants (daycare, nanny, or similar) Are reliable, nurturing, and calm under pressure Can work as part of a team and follow safety guidelines Have (or are willing to obtain) required certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
Requirements:
CDA or ECE credits Previous center-based infant care experience https://www.revisor.mn.gov/rules/9503.0031/
