We are a 24/7 facility , so flexibility for evenings, overnight, or weekend shifts is a plus. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times Provide care, including feeding, diapering, and hygiene support Implement age-appropriate learning activities Use EDU-FIT methods (education + movement) to engage children Encourage positive behavior and social development Maintain a clean and sanitary classroom Communicate daily with parents about the child's progress Monitor and document developmental progress Identify and address behavioral concerns appropriately
