Classroom Ratio:

1:8 Responsibilities Support and co-lead a structured Twos classroom Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment Guide children through daily routines and transitions Encourage social-emotional development and early learning skills Communicate with families and build strong relationships Collaborate with your co-teacher and leadership team Qualifications Experience working in early childhood education (preferred) Education in ECE or a related field (a plus) Dependable, team-oriented, and positive Genuine passion for working with young children Looking for a long-term role Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment Compensation & Benefits $16.50 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Full-time position Free childcare for full-time staff Supportive leadership team Stable, long-term team environment Why Join Crouthers Academy?
