Experienced Early Childhood Educator

Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children. Manage classroom activities with effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation. Support children's developmental milestones through tailored lesson planning, early intervention strategies, and individualized attention for children with special needs or requiring additional support. Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress, including assessments, standardized testing results, and behavioral observations. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on their child's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational approach that promotes childhood development and child welfare across all programs. Experience Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques suitable for toddlers through preschool-aged children. Strong communication skills essential for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively. Prior experience in childcare environments emphasizing child welfare practices and promoting inclusive learning experiences.
