Full-Time Childcare Provider-Make a Difference in Childrens Lives ONLY 3PM-11PM

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Childcare Provider to join our team and make a meaningful difference in children's lives during our afternoon and evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) . In this role, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, including infants and toddlers. Your primary goal will be to support their development through engaging activities, ensure their well-being, and foster positive relationships. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe, caring, and structured environment throughout the afternoon and evening hours. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and development. Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and bedtime preparation as needed. Support toddlers in evening routines, encouraging independence, social skills, and positive behavior. Assist children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet individual needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming childcare space. Communicate effectively with parents during pick-up/drop-off regarding their child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns. Implement positive behavior management strategies to encourage respectful interactions. Collaborate with fellow childcare staff to ensure consistency and a supportive team environment. Skills & Qualifications First aid certification preferred. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Strong background in infant and toddler care. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and development. Experience in babysitting, nannying, daycare, or preschool settings. Ability to manage behaviors effectively while maintaining a calm, positive atmosphere. Excellent communication skills for engaging with both children and parents.
