Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Worker to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. In this role, you will support early childhood development by providing attentive care, facilitating educational activities, and managing daily routines. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and excited to learn and grow. Duties Supervise and care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety at all times Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily experiences Monitor behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and conflict resolution among children Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings Certification in first aid and CPR is required Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education settings is a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, team members, and children Ability to maintain patience, compassion, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children!
