Job Description

Join the Wildflower Montessori Family! Wildflower Montessori is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teacher to join our Infant & Toddler team. If you have a passion for working with children from infancy through 2.5 years old and love helping little ones learn, grow, and thrive, we'd love to meet you!

Patient, kind, and nurturing Passionate about early childhood education A strong communicator with families and fellow teachers Organized, dependable, and enjoys maintaining a clean classroom Energetic, positive, and excited to help children learn through play and exploration A collaborative team player who enjoys building meaningful relationships with coworkers What You'll Do Whether you're caring for infants or guiding toddlers, every day at Wildflower is filled with opportunities to make a lasting impact. In our Infant Classroom, teachers provide individualized care through: Bottle feedings and meal times Diaper changes Nap routines Tummy time and one-on-one developmental activities Sensory exploration Art, music, and story time Plenty of cuddles, comfort, and nurturing care while supporting important developmental milestones In our Toddler Classroom, children begin exploring the Montessori curriculum through hands-on learning experiences in: Language Math Science Practical Life Sensory Activities Teachers guide children through Montessori work plans, circle time, art, music, storytelling, games, outdoor play, and activities that encourage independence, confidence, and social-emotional growth. Daily Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care for infants and toddlers Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed Serve meals and snacks Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities Encourage developmental milestones through purposeful play Supervise indoor and outdoor play Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment every day Why Wildflower?
