  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team.
In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay a strong foundation for children's lifelong learning and well-being. Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to early childhood development standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among children Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to ensure all children receive appropriate support Conduct assessments of children's progress through observation and standardized testing, adjusting lesson plans accordingly Collaborate with parents, guardians, and colleagues to communicate children's development milestones and address any welfare concerns Lead activities that promote social skills, motor development, and early childhood education best practices such as toddler care, preschool experience, and childcare fundamentals Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning skills Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education techniques Familiarity with curriculum development across various domains such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Ability to implement behavior management strategies that foster positive social interactions Prior experience in daycare or private school environments is preferred Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged Join us to inspire young minds through energetic teaching and compassionate care!
